Fulfilment & Multi-Package Shipments:


To get your pickleball gear to you as fast as possible, our items are customised on-demand across two specialised local printing spaces in Sydney.

If you order multiple different items (such as a streetwear shirt alongside a ceramic mug), your order may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel at no extra cost to you.

Standard Australian Delivery

Delivery Timeframe: 3 to 11 business days

Cost (First item ): AUD $8.95

Per Additional Item: + AUD $2.50

  • Apparel Items (Clothing, Caps, Bottles): 8 to 11 business days total (7 days production + 1 to 4 days transit).

  • Accessory Items (Mugs, Phone Cases): 3 to 9 business days total (1 to 5 days production + 2 to 4 days transit)

Please note that our advertised delivery timeframes include both local production/printing windows and carrier transit times. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, unexpected printing delays may occasionally shift timelines slightly.

Returns & Refunds Policy - Our return policy complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind & Sizing Exchanges - We want you to love your pickleball gear! If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, we happily offer a 30-day exchange or store credit window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all product tags still attached.

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind or sizing returns are paid by the customer .

  • Due to hygiene standards, headwear/caps and water bottles cannot be returned for a change of mind unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

‍ ‍Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your apparel or merch arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is missing an item, please contact us as soon as practical at hello@pickleballmerchaus.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we confirm the issue, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or an express replacement at no cost to you.

All original apparel graphics, product illustrations, text, and multimedia content featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Pickleball Merch Aus and are protected under the Australian Copyright Act 1968. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, or copying of our physical merchandise designs or website assets is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.
